Social Responsibility Statement
根據國際勞工組織公約、國內勞動基準法和聯合國關於兒童權利和消除對婦女所有形式歧視的公約規定,軒豊秉持企業永續經營理念,致力於善盡企業社會責任,並依據 SA8000 社會責任管理系統標準之要求,建立完善之管理制度,以確保員工權益、工作環境及營運行為符合國際規範與道德標準:
In accordance with the conventions of the International Labour Organization (ILO), the Labor Standards Act, and the United Nations conventions on the Rights of the Child and the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women, Shinyou upholds the philosophy of corporate sustainability. We are committed to fulfilling our corporate social responsibilities and have established a comprehensive management system based on the SA8000 Social Accountability Standard. This ensures that employee rights, the working environment, and operational behaviors align with international norms and ethical standards :
- • 禁止童工 Prohibition of Child Labor
嚴格禁止僱用未達法定最低就業年齡之童工,並建立適當機制以確保員工年齡之查核與管理。
The employment of child labor under the minimum legal working age is strictly prohibited. We have established
appropriate mechanisms to ensure the verification and management of employee ages.
- • 禁止強迫與強制勞動 Prohibition of Forced and Compulsory Labor
所有員工均為自願入職。公司嚴禁任何形式的奴役、人口販運或抵債勞動,且不扣押員工的身份證件正本或要求繳
交押金。
All employment is voluntary. The company strictly prohibits any form of slavery, human trafficking, or debt
bondage. We do not withhold original personal identification documents or require any financial deposits as a
condition of employment.
- • 健康與安全 Health and Safety
提供安全、健康之工作環境,預防職業災害與疾病,並持續改善職場安全衛生措施。
We provide a safe and healthy working environment, take measures to prevent occupational hazards and
diseases, and continuously improve workplace safety and hygiene standards.
- • 結社自由與集體談判權 Freedom of Association and the Right to Collective Bargaining
尊重員工自由結社與加入工會的權利,並建立透明的溝通渠道,確保員工能與管理層就勞動條件進行有效協商。
We respect the rights of employees to freely associate and join trade unions. Transparent communication
channels are established to ensure that employees can effectively negotiate labor conditions with management.
- • 禁止歧視 Prohibition of Discrimination
- 在招聘、薪酬、培訓、晉升或解僱等過程中,不得因性别、年齡、宗教信仰、血統、社會地位、社會背景、殘疾、
- 種族、成員身份黨派、性取向或任何其它個人特徵的歧視。
In processes such as recruitment, remuneration, training, promotion, or termination, there shall be no
discrimination based on gender, age, religion, ancestry, social status, social background, disability, race,
membership in organizations/parties, sexual orientation, or any other personal characteristics.
- • 懲罰性措施 Disciplinary Practices
嚴禁任何形式的體罰、精神或身體脅迫以及言語侮辱。堅持以尊嚴與尊重對待每一位同仁。
Any form of corporal punishment, mental or physical coercion, or verbal abuse is strictly prohibited. We insist on
treating every colleague with dignity and respect.
- • 工作時間 Working Time
- 遵守相關勞動法令,合理安排工作時間與休息時間,避免超時工作,並確保員工享有法定休假。
We comply with relevant labor laws and regulations by reasonably arranging working and rest hours, avoiding
excessive overtime, and ensuring that employees enjoy all statutory leave.
- • 薪酬與福利 Remuneration and Benefits
- 確保員工薪資符合或高於法定最低標準,足以滿足基本生活需求及提供部分可隨意支配之收入,並依法足額繳納各
- 項社會保險。
We ensure that employee wages meet or exceed the statutory minimum standards, sufficient to meet basic
needs and provide discretionary income. All social insurance contributions are paid in full in accordance with
the law.
